AmCham Singapore’s Next Generation Business Leadership (NextGen) program is a year-long special series for AmCham members’ future leaders. The NextGen program combines conversational opportunities with senior executives with seminars targeting key areas for successful career development, and peer-to-peer connections to expand participants’ professional networks.

The program includes monthly sessions led by c-suite and senior executives that volunteer their time to share their insights, advice, and leadership journey to the selected high-potential millennials (NextGenners) exposing them to various industries and verticals.

What Participants Say About NextGen:

The Next Generation program gave us the opportunity to elevate the way we think about different business topics. The array of speakers and events made it interesting and beneficial to up-and-coming professionals. It also provided an open platform for us to network with peers and senior stakeholders across industries and functions. Kudos to the organisers, who were always professional and available to lend a helping hand. Highly recommend to young executives looking to grow and accelerate their careers” – Fabian Tan, Engagement Manager, Heidrick & Struggles

Thank you AmCham NextGen for the wonderful opportunity to meet, network and interact with both speakers and participants from a diverse range of industries and backgrounds. It has been an exciting learning experience, and a great platform for both professional and personal growth and development. I really enjoyed the insights, skills and perspectives shared in the sessions. Thank you again for hosting such an excellent program!” – Tinica Tann, Senior Accountant, John Wiley & Sons Singapore

AmCham NextGen was a really great experience for me, and far beyond my expectations. The diversity of participants representing a wide range of industries, cultures and disciplines – This led to a lot of sharing of knowledge and perspectives, which I found really enriching. It has a well-balanced core content; from networking to reflective conversations and structured coaching sessions. It was a very exciting learning experience with AmCham” – Calvinn Tan, Marketing Manager, South East Asia, Armstrong World Industries
