Mr Aylwin Tan is responsible for formulating and executing marketing and customer engagement strategies for Ascendas-Singbridge. He is also Chairman of AIRmaker, a co-innovation platform focusing on start-ups in the space of Internet of Things.
Before his current role, Mr Tan was part of the senior management team at the Economic Development Board (EDB). His many portfolios included charting Singapore’s regionalization strategies for Indochina and China that led to Vietnam-Singapore Industrial Park and the China-Singapore Suzhou Industrial Park.
He holds a Bachelor of Engineering from the National University of Singapore, and completed his Harvard Business School Advanced Management Program in 2012.
Mr Tan is also Singapore’s representative to the East Asia Business Council.
Loh Chi Ming
Chi Ming is head of strategic partnerships at Gnowbe, a transformational learning company, where he builds innovative collaborations across industries with the aim to scale human capability development to a billion people globally. With 14 years of experience in digital and creative business development with Ogilvy & Mather, Singtel, and his own digital consultancy, he is passionate about working with corporate and academic partners such as Temasek Polytechnic, KPMG, and Mercer to build and launch new revenue channels through microlearning initiatives.

Chee Tuck is responsible for leading the JCAP global software engineering team in MSD Singapore IT hub. This is a team of passionate developers who love to build top-notch web and mobile applications, creating digital products and enjoying a reward that technology careers don't often bring: the satisfaction of helping to save lives.
His area of responsibility includes Agile Delivery, UX/UI, Application Development, API, DevOps and Big Data. Chee Tuck started his career in MSD in 2002 as the Web Infrastructure Operations Team Lead.
He graduated with a master’s degree in Technology from the University of Queensland.
Vice President & GM Solutions and Services, Asia Pacific
Prabhakar Rajagopal leads the Solutions and Services business across Asia Pacific. Previously he led Sales and territory management for Asia and Japan region. He is accountable for growth, software and solutions strategy, and delivery outcomes across the government and commercial markets. Prabhakar brings more than 25 years of experience across the ICT industry, an opinion leader and shaper with business, strategy and managed services background.
Over the last decade at Motorola Solutions, he led the strategy and execution of mission critical managed services, with consistent focus on innovating the intersection of technology, user experience and aligned commercial models. He was instrumental in creating and leading the strategies for Next Generation Mobile Intelligence vision, promising intelligent edge experience and an integrated platform architecture enabling adoption of digital broadband in mission and business critical operations. Prabhakar holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Electronics and Communications) from the National Institute of Technology, Trichy, India.

As a strategic performance marketer who is obsessed with growing my own and my clients’ businesses, I am often seen challenging the status quo to lead innovation around customer experience.
Trained as a clinical psychologist, I worked in Vancouver General Hospital before moving into the corporate world of Motorola. Within that technology space, I successfully influenced the Human Resources, International Relations, Sales and Marketing functions in our Chicago, London and Singapore offices. Poised with a global mindset, I have a track record of building strong and highly motivated teams to achieve rapid results across Asia Pacific, EMEA and North American markets. My most recent role was Head of Marketing for the Motorola Mobility APAC business. To challenge myself further, I stepped into the role of managing the APAC business for Be Found Online; immersing myself in the world of digital marketing. I enjoy connecting with my alumni network from University of British Columbia, University of Nottingham and Warwick Business School MBA.

Samit Chowdhury leads marketing and product management for Ecolab’s Food & Beverage division across Asia Pacific. Samit’s mantra is “Let’s do something new” which he has applied in various roles he held over the past 16 years traversing Sales, Marketing & Strategic Planning. He has lived and worked in India, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand and moved to Singapore three years ago.
At Ecolab, Samit is driving long term growth strategy, white space identification and driving customer centric innovation.
Samit holds an MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Bengaluru, India.
