In this session we will reflect on how to catalyze a culture of wellbeing within our organizations starting with ourselves as leaders. As leaders, our own personal energy, resilience and purpose not only fuel what we accomplish but also how others experience us. Today, this component of how others experience us is becoming as important as what we accomplish. We will identify a few simple insights and tools that will elevate our own wellbeing and insights and strategies related to employee wellbeing that we can bring back to our organizations.
This custom-designed session will be led by the leadership of the Human Performance Institute, a pioneer in proven, sustainable behavior change with over 30 years of research and results in the fields of high performance and energy management. The Institute works with professional athletes, military Special Forces and Fortune 500 CEOs. The key: Finding a powerful personal purpose that builds and sustains energy and resilience in order to achieve a meaningful life and leadership legacy. These proven methods are rooted in the sciences of performance psychology, nutrition, and exercise physiology.
