Ryan Goh joined Zebra Technologies in 2006 and is Vice President and General Manager – Asia Pacific. He is responsible for helming Zebra’s business in the Asia Pacific region to offer market-leading solutions that empower the front line of business in retail/ecommerce, manufacturing, transportation and logistics, healthcare and other industries to achieve a performance edge. With nearly two decades experience in the field, Ryan has steered Zebra’s Asia Pacific business to become the fastest growing region globally. Ryan has held leading positions at Motorola Solutions, Symbol Technologies, IBM and Singapore Technologies.

Katie is an innovative leader who keeps a continuous eye on the market for what’s next, while taking an active approach to understanding and listening to customer needs. Prior to overseeing customer adoption and growth in the Asia-Pacific region for BluJay Solutions, Katie had responsibility for global product strategy, market awareness, propositions definition, realisation, and product evangelism at Blackbay, a leading mobility-enabled solution provider.
Katie has served in global marketing and product leadership roles that have taken her from Australia to London, to New Zealand, including responsibility for design, development, implementation, and delivery of applications. These solutions have delivered value for customers ranging from significant time saved by dock workers, dispatchers and drivers; to increased delivery rates; reduction in OS&D costs; and millions of dollars in savings across entire fleets.
Katie continues to influence companies’ adoption of technology and collaborative, connected solutions that provide the visibility and analytics to help them meet challenges. She is constantly working with customers to help them improve and build a true global network – transforming supply chain strategy to harness a living ecosystem encouraging collaboration among carriers, shippers, forwarders, suppliers, and customers through a single cloud platform.
VP - Operations and Customer Experience
Jamil comes with 25 years experience of having worked across the retail industry in the UK and across Europe in a number of senior roles with Tesco Stores Ltd. In Asia, he headed up Supply Chain & B2B customer delivery operations for five Metro Cash & Carry GmbH countries (China, Japan, Vietnam, India and Pakistan), based out of Singapore. During this period he also sat on the group supply chain council to standardise working practices across the 35 Metro operating countries.
In Singapore, Jamil worked with the ECR, Asia (Efficient Consumer Response) to promoted consistent working practices and standards across the Asian countries. In India and Pakistan, he worked along with the farming community, building direct relationships allowing for a better price for farmers and better control on standards, supply and cool chain leading to a major reduction in product waste for the company.
In 2014 Jamil joined Redmart, a pure-play online grocer that also offers a Marketplace solution, adding over 1000 local SME’s to its platform and listing an additional 130k product offerings to its customers. Jamil oversees Operations and Customer Experience, leading a bunch of talented individuals who thrive on delivering a “wow” service to its customers and drive an operation that is disrupting the grocery industry each day.
Patrick heads the business operations of GOGOVAN Singapore. GOGOVAN is the pioneer mobile app that enables same-day delivery. The platform connects individuals and businesses directly with thousands of drivers for their real-time logistics needs. Since its successful launch in 2013, GOGOVAN is now in over 200 cities in Hong Kong, South Korea, Singapore, China, and Taiwan with over 1 million registered driver partners on its network. In Singapore, GOGOVAN leads the market in response time and island-wide coverage with a driver network of over 20,000 vehicles.
The past 22 years saw Patrick manage cross-functional roles in Management, Business Development, Strategy, and Marketing working with brands and teams across the region.
