Of Cognitive Collaboration, Positive Workplace Culture, and Leadership in the Information Age
Much has been published about the 4th industrial revolution and how digitalization, artificial intelligence, and robotics are fast transforming jobs and the workplace. Concepts like gig economy, agile organization, multi-generational workforce are no longer novel, but are fast becoming a norm for more and more organizations. While organizations continue to re-orientate and future-proof themselves, these fundamental questions continue to remain relevant: how do we bring out the best in our people? How do we get our teams to work better together to deliver the desired results? What should we do to hire the right people, and when we do, keep them engaged and retain talent? What can we do to create and sustain a positive workplace culture?
This moderated event brings together leaders and talent developers to have a dialogue with Dr. Geil Browning, co-founder of the Emergenetics Profile and author of “Work that Works”, leveraging Dr. Browning’s more than 30 years of research in education, psychology and neuroscience and her practical experience in leadership and organization development to gain insights into her thoughts on collaboration, culture and leadership in the information age.
will be served at this event. We look
forward to seeing you on August 17th.
