Joanna Thumiger is an experienced leader as well as an accomplished facilitator and executive coach. She was an award winning department store manager in Australia before traveling the world and taking on such positions as Director of Courses for the Turkish American Association and Senior Director for a British training company in the UAE. She is now the Managing Director for Progress-U in South-East Asia, committed to the development of leaders across the region.
In 2006, Joanna became qualified as a trainer so she could share her knowledge and experience of interpersonal relationships and leadership with others. In 2008, Joanna began her development to become a certified executive coach. She now coaches leaders in multi-national companies and is a Certified Business Coach with the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches (WABC).
Joanna is a vibrant, passionate individual who relates strongly to a diverse range of people. She believes networking is key for people at all levels in an organisation – both internally and externally – and has experienced for herself the value of being able to connect quickly and easily with anyone!
