Steered by Booz Allen Hamilton, the war game places executives in a risk-free environment where they experience the critical first days of a cyber-breach situation, lasting over 90 minutes. The war game is based on real-world breaches and focuses on areas that have caught senior executives unprepared during past breaches. Participants are required to make decisions with an incomplete information picture and deliberate on decision tradeoffs as they balance different risks across the enterprise from legal, to security, to financial.
