In 2016 Mr. Saul was appointed the Managing Director of Cushman & Wakefield Singapore.
With the merger of Cushman & Wakefield and DTZ last year, Cushman & Wakefield became the largest commercial real estate service provider in Singapore with over 1,800 employees.
In Singapore, Cushman & Wakefield provides capital markets, leasing, valuation, project and facilities management, energy and sustainability advice to multinational investors, occupiers and government entities.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Saul’s previous Asia Pacific appointments included Country Head and Managing Director for commercial real estate service provider Jones Lang LaSalle in New Zealand and South Korea. In the United States, Mr. Saul was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Glenborough Realty Trust – an office REIT listed on the New York Stock Exchange. His career also includes a decade in real estate financial services and project management.
A lifelong sailor, Mr. Saul has completed over 15,000 blue water miles as skipper in the North and South Pacific oceans. He competed in the Singlehanded Transpacific Yacht Race in 2004 and 2014. Mr. Saul holds a Merchant Mariner’s Credential from the US Coast Guard. He was appointed by US Sailing as one of its keelboat instructor trainers in 2012.
Mr. Saul graduated from Stanford University with a Bachelors in Architecture and Urban Planning and from Harvard Business School with a Masters in Business Administration with a specialty in Finance.
