Morgan supports AmCham’s Government and Public Affairs Department. She oversees the analysis and editing of the ASEAN Business Outlook Survey and Crossroads and develops policy position papers on relevant topics. She also facilitates the Chamber’s relations with the U.S. Embassy, Singapore government, and local ASEAN embassies; organizes and implements regional business missions; and supports the Board of Governors.
Prior to moving to Singapore, Morgan worked mostly in the fields of peace and security and humanitarian affairs, including fieldwork in Southeast Asia. Morgan holds a B.A. from Oberlin College in History and East Asian Studies (China), and an M.A. in Politics (International Relations) from New York University.
