Thank you for
your participation in our recent membership profile update for
the AmCham 2008/2009 Membership Directory – which lists AmCham’s
members and their companies.
The online
verification for member profile update is now CLOSED.
On May 26,
2008, AmCham will begin the second phase of membership
updates – organization profile verification. The Main Member of
your organization will receive an e-mail from AmCham asking for
verification of your organization’s details.
Please NOTE
the following:
- Any changes
made after June 9, 2008, will not be reflected in the
printed version of AmCham 2008/2009 Membership Directory.
- Please help
us make your organization entry in the AmCham Directory as
accurate by updating promptly before the deadline.
- All
information will be deemed correct if there is no reply by
June 9, 2008.

Dear
members,
AmCham is in the process of producing the AmCham
2008/2009 Membership Directory – a comprehensive
guidebook listing AmCham’s members and their companies’ services.
Please be informed that AmCham will send an
e-mail notifying you to update your membership profile or company
profile online.
AmCham will send out this notice on
May 12, 2008. Members are given two
weeks to update their profile. The deadline for members to update
their profile is May 25, 2008.
Following that, AmCham will send notices out to
companies to update their profiles on May 26, 2008.
The deadline for companies to update their profile is June
09, 2008.
AmCham seeks your cooperation in updating our
records. Therefore, we hope you will comply to the deadlines.
Please note that if there are no updates or
responses submitted by the stipulated date, AmCham will assume that
the data is correct.
AmCham would also like to remind any companies
who have not paid their 2008 membership dues to do so immediately as
companies which do not pay their dues by this date will not be
listed in the Membership Directory.
