The Singapore office market has been pretty attractive for tenants over the past few years, but a change of direction is underway. This could present challenges for corporate occupiers going forward as availability drops and the cost base rises. Careful planning may be needed. Beyond market forces there are other emerging trends which are changing the office landscape such as co-working, activity based working, proptech advances etc. Moray Armstrong, Managing Director of CBRE’s Advisory & Transaction business will provide his thoughts on the outlook for 2018 and beyond whilst illustrating how the office and workplace will continue to evolve as corporates strive to attract and retain talent.
