organization is striving to optimize results.
The conventional strategies that are used include strengthening the
different areas including people, strategies, resources, structures and more.
Indeed, many organizations are very successful in this endeavor.
However, organizations have revealed that a substantial degree of potential is still untapped, even in high performing organizations. The untapped potential can be released by addressing a deep issue called mindset.
Mindset refers to how we see. Specifically, how we see people, challenges, opportunities, circumstances and more. Research in the human sciences reveal two distinct mindsets that shape human interaction, behavior and our experiences.
In one mindset (Inward Mindset), while people may be exhibiting all the right behaviors they are nowhere near performing at their full potential. In the other mindset (Outward Mindset), people are truly functioning at their best and it shows up in the results and culture of the organization.
In this talk, Senthiyl will discuss how leveraging on the Outward Mindset can be the disruption leaders need to strengthen business growth and results in a way that makes it a strategic competitive advantage.
