About the Speakers:
Director, Client Services
Roberto Vale is Director, Client Services, currently responsible for the overall expatriate management to a diversified portfolio of MNCs in Asia Pacific. Roberto has been with Cartus for 15 years, having worked in the United States, Hong Kong and Singapore. He travels frequently in region and is currently co-leading a global learning organization initiative related to operational best practices in Mobility.
Roberto holds a Masters’ Degree in International and Intercultural Management from the School for International Training (Vermont, US), and a Bachelor degree in Business Management from the University of Ceara, in his home country Brazil. Roberto has been in Singapore for 7 years and is currently pursuing a certification in the Paul-Elder framework for Critical Thinking through the Foundation for Critical Thinking (California, US).
Director, Strategic Development APAC
Michelle joined Cartus in August 2013 as the Director of Strategic Development for Asia Pacific. Based in Cartus' global service center in Singapore, she is responsible for business development in Singapore and Hong Kong as well as broadening the engagements of non-Asia Pacific Cartus clients and regional opportunities.
Michelle has more than 15 years of sales and management experience working in the Asia Pacific region with a variety of worldwide brands. Prior to joining Cartus, Michelle was Vice President of Operations and Supply Chain for Oakwood Worldwide, where she established its Asia Pacific operations and turned it into the company's most productive regional operation. She was also previously Director of Sales for Oakwood Asia Pacific, the regional property management arm of Oakwood Worldwide.
Michelle Low has built an established career in the relocation industry and continues to develop her skill sets, including receiving her Global Mobility Specialist designation from the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council® in 2010.
