Wladmir is a highly skilled and motivated negotiator with 20 years of experience in consulting, relationship management and business development across differing industries. He proved himself as a skilled consultant very early on, where, as Business Development Consultant for Mercedes-Benz, his restructuring of business units and training of sales teams secured a tenfold increase in annual revenues to $26 million.
When Regional Manager for Iveco-Fiat, through negotiations with key accounts and government agencies, increased market share by 27% and revenues by 18%. As Sales Manager for Prudential Financial, he led a team of 11 financial consultants to achieve record monthly sales for two consecutive years and increase overall revenues by 34%.
Later in his career as Head of Business Strategy for Park Idiomas Franchises, Wladmir co-developed with the business CEO the expansion strategy for the South American market. They completely restructured the company’s long-term strategy, improving pricing accuracy and ROI for new franchises. Within the first year, the number of franchises grew by 143%.
Since joining the Gap Partnership in 2009, Wladmir has provided bespoke workshops for blue chip clients in Asia Pacific, Europe, USA, Brazil and the Middle East. He soon ascended to the position of Managing Consultant, playing a central role in developing business in the Asia Pacific region and growing personal sales pipeline. He created and implemented a hugely successful development programme for a major global commercial bank which has since been mirrored across other global regions. When Head of Quality & Product, Wladmir was responsible for ensuring the best possible service and unmatchable quality for his clients. This involved the induction of new consultants and training and developing the technical skills of Senior Consultants across Asia Pacific.
His client relationship management and strategic planning are manifested in the many innovative developments he has established for the Gap Partnership and his clients. He has formulated unique strategies and market solutions for individual clients to help maintaining consistent commercial advantage in their markets. This has ensured he retains individualised, robust and long-standing relationships with clients in the world’s leading industries.
With a keen interest in scuba diving and travelling, Wladmir is active outside the business world too. Highly motivated to challenge himself in all areas, Wladmir is currently studying Mandarin alongside being multilingual in four other languages.
