Foundation for Success


Join Sandler Training’s Executive Vice President Kyle Hegarty for a comprehensive Sales Foundation program covering the fundamental building blocks for success. The half-day program is based on a non-traditional consultative needs-based approach to identify, qualify and close deals with prospects. The methodology takes a holistic approach to the skills development process by examining what attitude, behavior, and techniques are critical for selling success. Using a combination of theory, applications and role plays, participants will have a chance to learn new material and practice in a safe environment.

Objectives:

Introduce participants to the non-traditional seven-step Sandler Selling process.
Provide participants with specific techniques to help them be more effective at identifying, qualifying, and closing business.
Learn a social selling methodology.

What You Will Learn:

The instructor led session is designed to introduce the following:

The 7-Step Sandler Selling System
Effective communication – pattern interrupt and building rapport
Up-front contracts – setting ground rules and getting outcomes
Qualifying vs. disqualifying – identifying a prospect’s pain and challenges
Active listening – reversing and negative reversing

Who Should Take This Course:

Sales Representatives, Sales Account Managers, Business Development Managers, Sales Consultants, Regional Managers, Marketing Managers, Field Sales and any other sales specialists doing telephone or face-to-face sales calls from prospecting to qualifying and closing.

Kyle Hegarty is the Executive Vice President of Sandler Training Singapore, a leading provider of comprehensive management, leadership and sales coaching training programs. Kyle was a founding staff member at TSL, part of the executive team expanding the company worldwide to 350 employees, and responsible for the company’s world-wide sales. In 2006, Kyle moved to Singapore to open TSL Marketing APAC and continues to build the team across the region.
