The Internet of Things (IoT) in Commercial Real Estate
is exploding in size and impact as smart devices proliferate and future-proof
our buildings. Data collected by dense sensor networks can enable continuous,
real-time monitoring of how real estate is being utilized and help owners make
intelligent business decisions. For example, understanding occupancy patterns
can help owners consolidate under-utilized spaces, monitor unauthorized use of
restricted zones and re-design workplace layouts to better connect
Join us as the speakers explore the following:
1) How organizations are re-thinking sustainability and its relationship to the bottom line.
2) How IoT in buildings today can be leveraged to reduce energy consumption and rental costs while boosting employee comfort and productivity.
3) The Future of IoT: Where is it going?
