Please join us for a Singapore Leaders Lunch with Png Cheong Boon on the plans to make the industrial landscape "future-ready." As CEO of JTC Corporation, Mr. Png leads the Government of Singapore agency that spearheads the planning, promotion and development of Singapore's industrial infrastructure.
Central to corporate investment decisions and Singapore's future economic development are policies and decisions on the allocation and use of land, Singapore's scarcest resource.
As Singapore's leading industrial infrastructure specialist, JTC has pioneered cutting-edge industrial real estate solutions. Some of its landmark projects include CleanTech Park, a chemicals hub on Jurong Island, Jurong Rock Caverns, Seletar Aerospace Park, and Tukang Innovation Park. Other key projects in JTC's portfolio include wafer fabrication parks, business parks, Biopolis and Fusionopolis at one-north, biomedical parks as well as logistics hubs for various industries.
As Singapore transforms itself for the future, JTC, as the industrial infrastructure innovator, is partnering with its customers to understand their evolving needs and develop appropriate 'future-ready' infrastructure solutions. With a mandate to innovate, JTC will be deeply involved in the Jurong Innovation District (JID) that Finance Minister Heng Swee Keat announced in late March. It is constructing LaunchPad @ JID, a space where entrepreneurs, researchers and students can design, make prototypes and test their new creations. Other projects in the works include Logistics Hub and Metals-Machinery-Timber Hub.
