Feon is Senior Director of LinkedIn’s Talent Solutions business, responsible for helping clients to engage and retain top talents across APAC.
She joined LinkedIn in January 2013, and oversees a sales organization and go-tomarket strategy in the diverse set of geographies in her coverage. A seasoned business leader, Feon is particularly interested in nurturing talents, and takes an active interest in building high performance sales teams and empowering her teams to deliver outstanding results.
Prior to joining LinkedIn, Feon spent more than 13 years at Gartner in various leadership roles, where she was most recently its regional vice-president overseeing relationships with strategic client accounts across the Asia Pacific region.
Feon holds a Bachelor degree (Business) from the Nanyang Technological University in Singapore.

Daniela manages BTI Consultants Singapore and brings 25 years of industry experience. She prides herself in being financially aware with a macro focus on performances that are underpinned by meticulous strategies that assure optimum results. Having lived in several European and Asian countries, Daniela is experienced in multicultural and multilingual work environments as well as successfully negotiated global and complex deals. She has proven expertise in turning around businesses and revitalizing operations.
Moreover, Daniela graduated from Beijing Language and Culture University and Rijksuniversiteit Leiden, The Netherlands with MA Sinology & Economy.
Daniela has worked in Greater China as Managing Director with Neumann Partners and Elka Pieterman Asia Ltd. Earlier, she excelled with DAAD (Beijing), Amsterdam University (Brasil), ABB, COS Leasing & Financing AG, and Storck Schweiz AG (Switzerland).
She is fluent in German, Portuguese, English, French, Swiss German, Dutch, and Mandarin and conversant in Spanish and Cantonese.

Femke Hellemons is the Country Manager for Adecco Personnel Pte Ltd, the Swiss-based global leader in Human Resource Solutions, having been appointed to this role in April 2013.
Femke is an experienced HR professional with almost 20 years of diverse experience within the HR industry.
Her career with Adecco began in 1999, when she joined the company as a Branch Manager in the Netherlands. After three years, she became an Area Manager, before moving into a managed services role in 2008, that saw her highly involved in the strategic servicing of Adecco key clients in the Netherlands.
Femke graduated in International Management from Hogeschool van Utrecht, Netherlands, and has attended the Adecco Leadership Programme in IMD in Switzerland.
Married with two young children, Femke resides in Singapore.

Marisca Kooij joined Red Hat in August 2015, currently one of the fastest growing S&P 500 companies. She heads up the Talent Acquisition team for Asia Pacific and Japan.
Her career in Recruiting started on the agency and executive search side, overseeing YER's Technology practice in the Netherlands. When she moved to Seattle (USA) she opened YER's first American office and worked at Microsoft Corporate as a Diversity Recruiting Consultant. Before moving to Singapore she lived in Barcelona; managing Vistaprint EMEA's Talent Acquisition team and supporting the company's rapid global expansion.
She is recognized for her never ending optimism, ability to build high performing teams from scratch and help fast growing companies develop and establish agile talent acquisition strategies.
She graduated from the NHTV Breda University of Applied Science (the Netherlands) with a major in Public Relations and Tourism. She likes to call herself a "professional tourist" and loves to explore the world with her family (husband and two teenage daughters) whenever she has a chance to.
