There is significant opportunity for companies to improve their budgeting and planning process and realize productivity gains.  These efficiencies are easier to realize given the advanced technology solutions that are now available.   However, we continue to observe that in many organisations, the budgeting and planning process remains time consuming and ineffective.  Typically, the process involves the extensive use, circulation and manipulation of excel spreadsheets that take the focus away from business imperatives.

Through this session, the speaker wishes to help organizations understand that they can take concrete steps to make their budgeting and planning process lean and effective. The session will also showcase modern day technologies that can help drive productivity and efficiency in the budgeting and planning process.
