Sigrid Zialcita, Cushman & Wakefield’s Managing Director of Research and Advisory Services for the Asia Pacific region, shares her insights on the Commercial Real Estate in the region. During her presentation, Sigrid provided the members with a detailed breakdown on the trends and advice for Asia.

On Monday afternoon, the SME/Entrepreneur and Property committee discussed about the future of Co-Working space. The speakers for the session included: Founder and Director, Woolf Works Michaela Anchan, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Workcentral Paul Lee, and Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Collective Works Jonathan O’Byrne. The founders & CEOs of co-working spaces spoke on the latest trends, challenges faced and the emergence of new solutions for SMEs and start-ups.
