AmCham Executive Office
AmCham is governed by the Board of Governors (BOG). The Board is
elected by voting members and its duty is to oversee and make
policy decisions with respect to the programs sponsored by
AmCham Singapore, and to make decisions on matters affecting
AmCham Singapore when the General Meeting is not sitting.
It may not act contrary to the expressed wishes of the General
Meeting without prior reference to it and it always remains
subordinate to the General Meeting.
Day-to-day running of the Chamber is the responsibility of the AmCham Executive Office.
The Office:
• Provides the membership and the organization with administrative and information services
• Provides the membership with an opportunity for participation in an
expanded level of chamber activities and an increased number of
relevant services
• Broadens the chamber's perspective in relation to the expanding regional role of Singapore and member organizations of the chamber.
