Josie Tulipano Executive Director
Josie leads the Chamber and is responsible for managing the AmCham Executive Office and our efforts in promoting members’ interests.
She is responsible for maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, such as our members, the U.S. Embassy and the Singapore government. Josie oversees all the aspects of the Chamber, such as advocacy, membership, committees, communications and Corporate Citizenship.
She brings with her 13 years of international experience in management, services, events and marketing and formerly held the positions of General Manager of The Tower Club Singapore and The Shoreline Beach Clubs serving the exclusive Palm Island in Dubai. Additionally, Josie has previously worked as a management consultant on projects for Ayara Hilltop Resort, Pacific Star Asset Management and Lootah Vanbots.
Most notably, Josie was the award-winning General Manager of The American Club in Singapore from 2000 to 2007, and the youngest in its 62-year history who initiated a turnaround of The American Club. Under her leadership, The American Club turned a profit for the first time in seven years, member satisfaction and F&B spending flourished, and the open market value of the Transferable Membership doubled from what it was in 2001. Josie is an avid traveler and in her free time enjoys cycling, hiking and exploring the culinary treasures of Singapore. |

April Chan Office Manager
April Chan brings with her a wealth of experience, formerly a Treasury Support Manager and a Compliance Officer with one of America's largest banks.
Her prior experience in the fast-paced world of financial services makes her well-suited to respond to the needs of AmCham members. April assists the Executive Director in the day-to-day running of the Chamber. She also manages the administrative duties relating to The Board of Governors and The Executive Committee.
April enjoys travelling and outdoor activities such as hiking, and cycling. |

Nellie Yeoh Head of Membership
Nellie's responsibilities includes managing all aspects of the Chamber’s membership activities, including recruiting and retaining corporate members, and working with the Executive Director to develop marketing strategies for enhanced membership growth.
Previously, Nellie was AmCham Malaysia's Assistant Events Manager, producing dozens of monthly briefings and networking events. Prior to that, Nellie sourced and organized outreach activities and value-added programs for the Malaysian Institute of Management, and was also managing a foundation in organizing social development programs. Nellie holds a degree of business administration from The Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology. |

Anne Marie Brooks Head of Regional & Public Affairs
Anne Marie serves as liaison between businesses in Singapore and the Singapore government and U.S. government entities in Singapore and the United States. She is responsible for engaging with members to conduct economic climate surveys, policy studies, and Singapore, U.S., and Regional advocacy efforts.
She is also tasked to increase AmCham’s presence in the region through conducting business missions and engaging with partners in the region. Anne Marie served as the 2009 Coordinator of AmCham’s regional umbrella organization, the Asia-Pacific Council of American Chambers of Commerce (APCAC).
Prior to joining AmCham Singapore, Anne Marie worked in the U.S. Senate and as an Editorial Assistant at the World Security Institute, a Washington DC think tank, writing articles on U.S. culture and politics for an Arabic-speaking audience. Her articles have been reprinted in news sources across the Middle East. Anne Marie received a B.A. in International Affairs from Washington University in St. Louis and speaks French, Arabic, and Spanish. |

Liyana Othman Head of Communications & Corporate Relations
Liyana is responsible for promoting AmCham’s profile, through marketing and media relations. She heads the marketing of AmCham's events throughout the year and AmCham's communications to its members, and stakeholders, including 7 print and online publications. Together with Anne Marie, she works on advocacy publications such as the ASEAN Business Outlook Survey, and the APCAC Report to U.S. Administration, a regional initiative AmCham led when it was APCAC Secretariat.
After being AmCham's Communications Manager for four years, she now leads the Corporate Relations portfolio - managing the Chamber's relationships with its large multi-national members, maximising their brand exposure to the Chamber's members, through marketing and sponsorship vehicles.
Formerly Editor of Singapore Business Review, Liyana is well-versed in crafting story angles which interest the media. Her articles have been published in Singapore Business Review, The Straits Times and TODAY. Prior to AmCham, she worked for one of Singapore's biggest MNCs, where she worked as a PR and CSR executive for companies in finance, property and hospitality. In her free time, she enjoys writing and kickboxing. |

Farah Shahab Senior Events Manager
Farah coordinates and organizes AmCham's 160 events a year which includes breakfast meetings, luncheon briefings and social events, ensuring that they run smoothly and effectively. She is responsible for the logistics aspects of AmCham's events, liasing with hotels, vendors and speakers. She also sources and identifies speakers from the U.S., Asia and Singapore. With a keen interest in giving back to the community, Farah has been in charge of organizing AmCham's activity for Corporate Community Day for three years running.
Farah brings with her five years of experience in the hospitality industry, working on loyalty programs for hotels to increase members' participation and satisfaction. Prior to working for hotels, she was a former flight stewardess for one of the world's most admired airlines. |

Lorna Ow Committee Relations Manager
Lorna is responsible for coordinating of AmCham’s 13 industry-focused Committees, and she works closely with Committee Chairs to develop industry sessions, as well building member engagement through committees. Prior to AmCham, she was with the Tower Club boosting membership sales, and initiated a differentiation strategy with a view to build member satisfaction, enhance asset value and enhance exclusivity. Before The Tower Club, Lorna worked for The American Club for eight years, on loyalty programs to increase members’ satisfaction and working on strategies and programs for top spenders and long standing members. In her free time, Lorna enjoy road trips on her motorbike to neighboring countries. |

Parissa Khayami Events & Digital Communications Manager
Parissa Khayami manages events held at the Chamber as well as online communications. To achieve these goals, she leverages the relationships she built in her previous role as Committees & Communications Executive, and uses marketing tools such as social media and email marketing. She also promotes AmCham’s events, and produces all of the Chamber’s corporate videos.
In her previous role as the Committees & Communications Executive for the Chamber, she strategized with Committee Co-Chairs to organize monthly meetings across 13 committees. She also worked closely with Liyana to build AmCham’s social media platforms. Before moving to Singapore in January 2010, Parissa worked for IVIVI Media in Shanghai, China where she developed and produced original video content which were distributed across major new media platforms in the region. Parissa graduated with a degree in Asian Studies from Bowdoin College in Maine, where she led the Bowdoin Cable Network and news show. She speaks Mandarin and Cantonese, and enjoys oil and water painting in her free time. |

Christina Gan Accounts Manager
Christina handles AmCham’s full set of accounts, bank reconciliations, and prepares the monthly reporting package for the Board of Governors.
With more than 20 years of experience in auditing and finance, Christina has worked in several small, mid-size and large companies, including an indie record label where she handled merchandises, developed marketing strategies and coordinated promotional tours in Asia.
She has also worked for an integrated financial software company as an IT consultant. Prior to joining AmCham, Christina held a dual responsibility position as Finance and Project Manager in an IT company. Christina graduated from The National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Accountancy. She attained her Singapore CPA certification in 2005. A self-proclaimed pop-culture geek, Christina also enjoys blogging, photography and yoga.

Dorcas Foo Member Relations Manager
Dorcas assists in recruiting and retaining members, business development, database management, and enhancing membership growth.
She also ensures AmCham’s membership information is kept current, and assists AmCham members in membership issues. She also manages the Agenda of the Executive Director. Her meticulous nature and enthusiasm make her perfect for this role. Dorcas brings to AmCham a wealth of experience in events, sales, and client servicing. Prior to AmCham, Dorcas worked in a leading event management company, helping to assist with the coordination of conceptualizing planning, and execution of events. |

Jeremy Lim Technology Manager
Jeremy Lim manages the Chamber’s technology systems, website, vendors, technology budgeting and ensures our IT assets are maintained.
Jeremy was formerly from the Tower Club for 9 years, managing their IT operations, security, development and budgeting. He was responsible for migrating the CRM/Financial System from their legacy system to the Linux platform.
Prior to that, he was an IT analyst at The American Club, involved in the operations of the club, ranging from F&B, Costing, Accounts Receivable, and other aspects of its business.
Jeremy graduated with a Bachelor of Applied Science from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology. In his free time, Jeremy indulges in photography and volunteers in the Football Association of Singapore.

Sujana Prasad Communications Executive
Sujana writes for AmCham’s print and online communications, and assists with marketing activities and social media outreach.
Prior to joining AmCham, Sujana interned at a travel and teambuilding company where she wrote adventure travel articles. She had her first taste of media relations when she pitched a travel story that was broadcasted on TV. She also helped organize, and manage teambuilding retreats carried out for various corporate organizations and schools.
She has also worked for an events company, liaising with suppliers and clients, and before that, undertook an administrative role during the APEC Summit in Singapore communicating with delegates and media personnel. Sujana graduated with a Bachelor of Business in Economics and Finance from The Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology. She enjoys baking and watching live music acts in her free time. |

Brandt Williams Government Relations Executive
Brandt works with Anne Marie Brooks by serving as a liaison between businesses operating in Singapore and government entities of Singapore and the United States. He is responsible for drafting reports and advocacy papers, conducting surveys, and supporting advocacy efforts in the Asia/Pacific Region. He also helps plan and organize business missions in the region to promote business expansion opportunities for American companies.
Before joining AmCham, Brandt completed internships with the United States Senate Committee on Small Business and Entrepreneurship and the United States House of Representatives. Brandt received a B.A. in Government from the University of Virginia in May, 2011. He speaks Korean and is currently learning Mandarin Chinese. |

Aisyah Ariffin Events Coordinator
Aisyah Ariffin assists in the execution of AmCham Events and Committee Meetings through registration and logistics. Prior to this role, Aisyah was the Front Office Executive for AmCham where she worked on administrative duties, and membership services. With this background in membership, Aisyah is committed to providing membership satisfaction through Events and Committee Meetings.
Aisyah enjoys dealing with people from all nationalities. Prior to AmCham, she worked in customer service, secretarial and administrative roles with True Fitness, BYME Singapore and Thales Aerospace Asia. In her free time, she enjoys swimming, movies and travelling.

Eve Ng Front Office Administrator
Eve Ng greets our members at our front office, making every member feel welcome. She works on administration, and also supports the Membership team through database management, and membership services.
Prior to joining AmCham, Eve has held several administrative positions with companies such as Chartis Singapore and Triumph International. Through her experiences, she has developed an eye for detail and a strong work ethic. Eve speaks several languages including English, Cantonese and Mandarin. Eve is very active in her free time and enjoys archery and cycling. |
