AmCham Singapore reserves the right to determine to discontinue or cancel the event by cause of Force Majeure including fire, flood, strike, pickets, lockouts, pestilence, endemic illness, storm, tempest, labor disputes, orders or policies of any government authority, war, terrorist activity, Act of God that could prevent service quality of the event and/ or the safety of its members. In the event of a postponement or cancellation of the event due to the above mentioned Force Majeure events, there will be no penalties towards AmCham Singapore.
